Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
You can cancel an order placed until such time that we begin processing your order. Once your order processing begins, it will follow through until the order is delivered to you.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept, and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to: limitations on quantities available that has been purchased, areas where courier cannot be sent, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

CHARGE REVERSAL (REFUND ON CANCELLED ORDERS)
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Card Account, as per standard payment gateway terms.

POLICY ON RETURNS
Goods once sold cannot be exchanged or returned.
